SHANGHAI ROCKY ADHESIVES' medical tape hot melt glue is a hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive designed for medical tape or plasters or bandages. It is safe with skin contact and we have certification for skin irritation test. It has welll balanced initial tack, good adhesion to ensure stick on skin firmly, meanwhile it is without painlessly and glue residue when peeling off.

Packaging & Shipping




In terms of packaging, medical tape hot melt glue is usually wrapped in meltable films, and the packed in cartons, and each carton loads 20kg glue. The packaging ways, materials, patterns, and weights can be customizable.
In terms of shipping, for large quantity, it usually goes by sea and can be delivered within 15 days; for samples, it normally goes by air and can be delivered within 7 days. The normal shipping port is Shanghai. If need, can ship from other ports.

The Shanghai factory has a workshop of more than 10,000 square meters with annual productivity of 20,000 tons. The Chengdu factory has a workshop of more than 30,000 square meters with annual productivity of 50,000 tons of adhesives. Rocky is one of the most largest production bases of high grade hot melt adhesives and water based adhesives in China.Its customers can be found in 31 provinces around China. Meanwhile, its products have been exported to Russia, Southeast Asia, South Asia, Middle East, South America, etc.

Its water based and hot melt adhesives were tested and identified by authentication and ITS, which are accordant with contents of 58 kinds of SHVC specified by European Chemicals Agency, REACH regulation and RoHS and do not contain phthalic ester, heavy metal, toxic substances and substances harmful to the ozone layer etc.

A: Samples can be sent within 3 days by International Express FedEx, DHL, TNT or UPS according to your requirement.

A: Our factory location is very closed to Shanghai Hongqiao airport, just 15 minutes driving from airport to factory. We can arrange to pick you up whenever you plan to visit.
