From the small of the back to the sternum, stars like Kendall Jenner, 21, Bella Hadid, 20, and Lily Aldridge, 31, dared to bare some serious skin at last night's Met Gala.

In designs featuring clever cut-outs in strategic places, the sexy stars made traditional cleavage look basic and 'so last year'.

With the weather warming up, let their flashes of flesh inspire your spring/summer wardrobe.

Bringing sexy back: Bella Hadid, 20,  ditched wearing a floor-length gown in favor of a peek-a-boo catsuit by Alexander Wang exposing the small of her back

'It was exciting to do a bodysuit for the Met, because I felt that it was something that hasn’t been explored,' Alexander told Vogue.

In a lace one-piece embellished from head-to-toe (literally!) with allover beading, and a very low scoop back, jaws were dropping for the 20-year-old.

Undies are not an option: In a lace one-piece embellished from head-to-toe (literally!) with allover beading and embroidery, the 20-year-old looked incredible

Gisele Bündchen was one of the first stars to hit the carpet last night. As per expected, the Brazilian supermodel looked gorgeous. Her husband Tom Brady didn't look too shabby, either.

In a long-sleeve floor-length number, the 36-year-old's ensemble appeared rather modest until she turned around.

She let her best accessory - her toned backside - take center stage with a high ponytail and simple Neil Lane diamond drop earrings.

Better from behind: Gisele Bündchen exposed her very toned back in a silver dress featuring a deep scoop cutout

Kendall Jenner left little to the imagination in a creation from the La Perla Haute Couture Collection designed by Creative Director Julia Haart.

The 21-year-old donned an all-over crystal (85,000 to be exact) gown in dégradé shades, complete with a barely-there painted macramé bodysuit.

It took 160 hours of work and 26 craftsmen, across 5 cities, to create the look.

No bra, no problem: Kendall Jenner left little to the imagination in a creation from the La Perla Haute Couture Collection, complete with a barely-there painted macramé bodysuit

“I was inspired by Rei Kawakubo’s concept of ‘un-fabric’ and her ability to create movement out of seemingly immobile materials,' said Julia.

'So, I created my own ‘un-fabric’ by affixing stones to a single thread, creating a beautiful and liquid suspension that mirrored the qualities of a fine silk.'

Kendall completed the swoon-worthy look with Lorraine Schwartz front back earrings and Ofira Jewels diamond band rings.

From LBDs to daytime frocks, dresses that feature back cutouts that rest as low as the small of the back are super sexy.

For support without a visible underpinning, try a stick-on lace-up bra. A style with soft, seamless padding and a strong adhesive will lift the girls and go undetected.

In her La Perla masterpiece, Kendall donned another detail that we're predicting will be a huge trend this summer: the diagonal front cut-out.

And she's not the only one. Stars like model Lily Aldridge and singer Thalia Sodi (a.k.a. The Queen of Latin Pop) both rocked graphic slits at the bodice.

For added drama, Kendall completed her look with a swipe of red lipstick, Lily slipped into a pair of thigh-high Balenciaga boots with her Ralph Lauren Collection custom dress and Thalia was dripping in over 250 carats of Lorraine Schwartz black and white diamonds in Tommy Hilfiger.

She's a trendsetter: In her La Perla masterpiece, Kendall donned another detail that we're predicting will be another hot trend this summer: the diagonal front cut-out

Step outside of your comfort zone and skip revealing traditional cleavage for a flash of the sternum. While the underboob has gotten more popular in the last couple of months, a diagonal cut-out is a lot less scary.

A traditional bra is not an option when attempting this look. Boost the bust and leave the sternum completely bare with self-adhesive cups.

These lightweight foam cups can be reused up to 25 times.
